Disgusted, tired, worn out - at company 8 years, dropped from 10/line ICU to 8/line employee with bait-and-switch tactic. Forced to switch. MT nearly 14 years, do 1500 lines minimum per day, acute care. Highly accurate. Bennies so not worth the drop in pay, knocking myself out to make much less money now than before. Want to switch companies, but have no idea where to begin, since all I hear is negative comments everywhere. This company never gives raises. They also outsource. I need either another ICU job at 10/line or at least decent benefits! Does such a place even exist anymore?
