Don't complain when they're working and you're not. The idea that you should be paid a certain amount of money because YOU think it's what your worth is unrealistic. The labor market determines the rate, not you. If you want more money, take more risk--set your rate, get your own accounts. Otherwise, it may be time for you to look for a different job.
