Something should have been done....

Didn't I hear that this guy was just let out of prison on probation or something?  If that is the case, why was he?   I am so sick of hearing about these criminals rights?  What about the rights of these poor little children whom they are victimizing.  Once they commit a crime against a child they should be locked up and the key should be thrown away.
