Okay, when I pressed the F9 key to look at my line count, DQManage comes up. I put in for detail for today. Then it pulled up a list of my reports I had done. I clicked on the report number (that long ID number). When that screen loaded with information, at the bottom I had a choice of looking at the "output" or "payroll" information. So, out of curiosity I chose the PAYROLL option.
It pulled up my report with some information in it and then I went down after the bottom of the report and there was a list of how many of what is in my report. It listed the number of carriage returns, spaces, capital letters, little letters, numbers, symbols, all of it and then gave a total. At the very bottom of the page, it used that number (that had the carriage returns AND spaces included) to divide by 65 and gave my line count!
I'm impressed! :)
