Thank you for your feedback!  I knew I learned it that way, but I just could not find the reference.  This is my own account, and I hired someone to help me and it was questioned.  I have been doing it that way for 3 years, and I just needed to find the justification.  It is also my preference to do it that way, as I do think it adds clarity to the report.
