I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this. I think the companies that really want you to succeed will give you one good quality, one bad quality, one ESL, and maybe another mixed up. I think you are right, too, they give you the good to see what you know, the bad to see what you will do (yes, blanks are better! Make sure they stand out for QA), and the ESL to see if they can push these off on you. I've had so many people tell me "oh, they wouldn't purposely give you a hard one in your testing" but I think they do it for this reason, to see what you will do. :)
