You are welcome, I probably did not help much it just takes that first jump to do it.  Again, don't mind sharing general information but when one does not know anything about tapes versus digital and wants to see my letters/brochures/business cards/contracts/mailing lists, I find that a little hard to share and if they have truly been in the business as long as they have said.  Again, it basically boils down to marketing, marketing, marketing to get your name out as when you need someone to provide a service don't we look either n the yellow pages or somewhere that person could have or would have advertised. 

Think of how many people view a home prior to buying it, well that many peoole may need to see your flyer/brochure or wharever you sent out and sometimes it takes several mailings to be in the right place at the right time. 

Good luck to all of you that want your own accounts, it can be done but does take perserverance -- can't spell today.

      • don't count on raising rates yearly as an MTSO. - that's a great way to lose accts...
