Hi....Thank you all for your suggestions and information. I think it's on everyones mind about the economy and I am definitely going to fight to keep this account---and will give it my best even if I have to hire a tech to help me. But at least I will know, I tried.....and if it takes a bit of begging and pleading, I can do that too!!!!! Thank you all......
