Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on my worries about this big decision. You are right on all counts. I AM a creature of habit, and I'm lazy enough to want to stick to routine that I know, even if it's an annoying routine!

Our 401K is transferable, so that's good.

You are right, it has already affected my health for years (migraine, muscle spasms, depression, etc.) and I think one advantage of working in a less stressful environment would be that of spending less money on healthcare!
