Thank you so much!  I assumed that all of the training programs were from beginner and that you would have to go through the entire course (as opposed to do what you are saying and skip all the beginner stuff and jump right into acute, etc.).  I will definitely check into these other options if I decide to go that route.  I am likely going to try to get material from ebay, etc., though, and do it on my own, as my finances and time are limited.  The drawback to that, though, is it doesn't count for anything with employers (as far as experience or a training course). 

Thanks again!!  I will look into the SUM and other options.
