Thanks so much and I appreciate your imput. I have a friend who works for the hospital that this company does transcription for and she says there are blanks left in the transcription all the time. Guess it's because the MT's can't understand what's being said! I am going to write the lady who's giving me the test but appreciate what you said and I'll keep that in mind. I'll get Express Scribe and maybe that will help. I appreciate you telling me about it because as a newbie, I had no idea!
