Thank you for that!

I do go to other boards, and here, and there ... I find many who are willing to down-talk other schools, other people, etc. I think attitude is 90% of it, and education is 10% of it. I'm a grown woman with LOTS of work-place experience. I've learned that attitude and work ethic go further than anything (ok, not if you're trying to perform brain surgery! LOL). However, my point is, if you have a negative attitude away from the job, odds are that attitude carries into the job and affects your productivity.

I was lucky to have a very positive upbringing which has carried into my adulthood, and hopefully onto my children and grandchildren. I believe in motivation (I've mentored people into taking a horribly negative situation and find SOMETHING good, even if its just what to avoid in future).

Education doesn't stop at the end of a program, or at the end of a course. I read everything I can get my hands on! Whether its MT, or history, or how to make a new "whatever". oops, I'm back on a soapbox aren't I!!!
