There are some extenuating unique circumstances but have met in person with the IRS with an accountant and lawyer and I can do it.  I do not do anything with just jumping in, I explore and make sure of what I do.   I just wanted people to be aware that there some of the counseling centers that state that they can settle for 25 cents on the dollar, well in the end, you will be paying income tax on the 75 cents you don't pay.  I just learned that through my searches and reading on this subject.  But appreciate your input.
