I was happy w/the phone when I first bought it about 3 months ago. The phone worked OK in my house and around town. My problem was when I tried to load additional minutes. Cust service was polite, but 1-1/2 hours is excessive, in my opinion, to be working with them. I'll try again this weekend when I have time. Maybe this is normal (change in towers? etc). It's good to know others have had the same experience.
