everything sounds great.  When they say you need a "transcibe station", what exactly does that mean.  I don't have a C-phone, etc. because I've been working for an employer for the last several years.  Any idea what equipment I might need? (other than PC, Word, etc.).  Thanks again.

Also, you may consider taking some fabric (if you are handy with needle and thread or machine), make a narrow, long tube (maybe 4inches by 12.5 inches, which means cutting fabric about 9 inches x 13 inches), fill it with parakeet bird seed, close the tube by sewing the ends, and freezing it.  Make more than 1 if you can.  Then when you go rest for 15 minutes at a time, you place it across the wrist/arm, area of pain.  The cold lasts long enough to help, but it doesn't cause freezing of the tissue so no frost bite.  It also doesn't collect condensation like ice packs do, so it doesn't get wet.  You can fall asleep with it and not worry about timing it.  I used brocaide satin because its pretty, lasts a long time, and good quality.
