I note that your resource can be added to your Google homepage as a "gadget", which is something I find useful. Here's another resource that can be "gadgetized" to your Google homepage (see link below). It offers search on abbreviations, terms, equipment, drugs, ICD-9 codes, hospitals, etc. and also has an RSS medical news feed that I have found very useful in keeping up with new information, as well as a newsletter.
