Thanks, everyone. I think I will

consult a new dermatologist and see what we can do for him.  I just know that the topic of Accutane may come up and I was interesting to hear from those who had tried it.  Your comments were very helpful.  I just don't think he should have to live like that.  If the dermatologist has recommendations other than Accutane that we haven't already tried I am all for solving the problem without Accutane, but I don't have much hope that that will happen since nothing helped so far.  I get a funny feeling in my stomach at the thought of giving him Accutane but if that is the only thing that will make it better then I don't see much choice.  He is outgoing and has a great personality but I think his acne gets in his way and I don't he should have to have his options limited because of acne.
