Thanks.  I do have last pay periods production summary.  As for the one before that, I was missing but I do send her a time sheet every 2 weeks with the time and line count.  Perhaps I can dig that out of my sent folders.

When I asked her to send me my production summary she sent me my line count for the pay/period which is not fair.  She knows we have run out of work and I spent some time filing instead of taking PTO.  That should not count against me. They do have a formula for incentive taking the lines per period dividing it by the hours typed etc. This is all so the down times won’t count against a person, so they say but now they are going back on their word.   She has thanked me for the filing so has ROI because it is so much easier for them to find records now.      Ms. Obnoxious was bragging on how she got her incentive and what a super boss we have and she had been pulled off of typing too.  But Ms. Obnoxious can brown nose deluxe.  “Your loosing weight Boss.” “Oh you look so wonderful in your new clothes Boss.”  Another co-worker will complain about an ESL and how difficult he is and as soon as that co-worker leaves, Obnoxious goes to the Boss’s desk saying “oh, let me do that ESL.  He is so easy.. I hope I wont’ get in trouble for doing all the easy ones blah blah blah.. and I am sitting there thinking “gag gag gag” Oh well, thanks for letting me vent.  The documenting Obnoxious behavior is a good idea.  I worry about working at home.  In-house there is no laundry, no dirty dishes, no TV so the only thing to do up there is type or stare at the walls, so I type.   However, I may go ahead and start testing with the nationals and see what they offer.  I tested with one, passed, and now I am playing phone tag with the recruiter.  I may test with another since that particular company doesn’t pay for spaces.  I don’t understand the no space thing.
