I should have been more clear in my message. I guess I was looking for something that would provide an immediate "sounding board" for her (other than me) for those times when she simply needs to unload on someone. The cost issue enters in because they don't have a credit card and even if they did, I would be reluctant for them to pay for an online service with a credit card unless it came extremely highly recommended. Therefore my question if anyone had used such a service in the past.
