She did give me all the log in information. I just wasn't sure how to get into the Remote Desktop. She's a very small MTSO, just her with a handful of transcriptionists. It's also been quite a day today. I have the beginnings of the stomach flu and we've been playing tag with emails. She does have an IT man, but unfortunately not as this time of night. Thanks again.
