Actually, it was probably me that used the wrong term. I use Winscribe to play the voice files, and GEMMS, I guess is what the doctors use to input their part of the info, and ECIS is the system used to access patient info ........ I think.
Everytime I start something new, it seems clear as mud, but I'm hoping eventually the fog will lift. Thanks again for your input. :-)
