My husband's company offers a family plan for $390.00 a month.  We do have a deductible if you go to the ER or a quick care type service rather than your PCP. Other than that, it's a $20.00 copay.  This covers all of us.  There are varied copays for Rx meds.

The only thing that burns my tail is that the only 3 times we have had to use quick care is because our PCP "couldn't fit us in the schedule."  It used to be that if the PCP couldn't fit you in, all you had to pay was the $20.00 copay, but that is no longer the case.

I just love it when you call the PCP at 8:00 a.m. and tell them, "My son has a really bad earache."  And they say, "We can see him a week from Friday."
