I'd rather sleep than get up early to exercise. Just have to try to change that though. I'm glad to hear that you did notice some change with doing it, though. Didn't know Target had the tapes so will check that out. I had been looking at eBay thinking I might find a good deal there. Hey! My mom had bought me an ab roller several years ago, forgot about that! Don't know where it is right now but am going to look for it right now, good idea to keep it next to the desk.
