I type focus groups from audio tapes and I get paid by the word (.02 cents). For a 2-hour focus group I get about $250 or so, so that would be about $125 per audio hour (I type 85+ wpm and it takes me about 3-4 hours I would say to do one audio hour. Hope this helps.
