I have traveled there. Yes, it is one of the most permissive societies there is. Pot is legal, so are drugs to an extent. The Red Light District would knock your socks off, i.e. prostitution is big business there. The majority of their children are born to single parents, marriage is on the decline, and they have euthanasia which has now morphed into something rather scary over there. I can't remember the exact details, so I won't make comment, but I'm sure it can be easily googled if one were interested. Nope, my kid wouldn't be going to Aruba, even over my dead body.
