one shacking-up situation to another.   Why doesn't your friend and boyfriend get married so the kid has some example to follow?

I don't do that much of it but my wages have pushed me
nm
They pushed for Gardasil for my 11y/o sm
and I refused it. It has not been on the market long enough to know about side effects. When she was a year old, she got the chicken pox vaccine and we were told that she would only need one shot. Guess what? Now she has to have a booster because they are finding the protection does not last as long as previously thought. I don't trust Gardasil, and I believe that they would push it on a 17y/o. I am prepared to fight it tooth and nail when my own DD is older.
i did receive account stability pretty much with TT sm
did not start at 9; started at 8 and stayed there. supervisors were easily accesible and very friendly. one computer tech not so friendly nor helpful. lots of bonuses when behind on work with TT. i quit due to ESLs and went back to clinic work.
Anyone ever type while sitting on stability/exercise ball? sm
Working on getting back in shape.  My Theraband ball is about the same height as my work chair so thinking about using it part of the day to sit on while transcribing.  Wondering if anyone has every done this and how it went.  Even if only for part of a day or an hour, I think it would be a great way to gain core body strength.  Anyone tried this or even thought about it.
Starting pay is 6 cents a line, fairly good account stability.
I had lots of ESLs. Benefits are okay. They have a new, stricter QA policy in place with new compensation, hard to get a 98 or above as it is by the BOS. It was okay, but couldn't make any decent money. Need to be a super high producer.
that is the point, it is being pushed quite heavily to be mandated, "standardized", and by our
Claudia Tessier. This is not just a doomsday mantra, or whatever: This is reality.

I would like to know how to hold on as long as I can to my job, because I have no other skills really to make as much as I do now in another field.

Not unless service jobs move up the ladder as desired employment...and even then, I do not want to work out of the house. Now I am used to working at home (even though sometimes more stressful).

Do you think editing is really the way to go?

What will happen, say, if all these unhappy MQ MTs start flooding the market looking for work, as it seems there are a lot of people dissatisfied right now.

Even where I work, which is considered a 'smaller' company, we already feel the shift of work as a large number of MTs were just hired. Those of us who have been there are running out of work, or it is slowly streaming in, in bits and peices, not enough to make what we used to...

Personally, I preferred a KVM box that had a button I pushed to switch back and forth. SM
I had one where you had to use a keyboard macro to switch back and forth and I could never remember the macro and it was a pain.  Now I have a PengHong (I've never heard of them either but it works great!) which is a very simple silver box with two buttons PC1 and PC2.  It also came with two sets of cables.  It was pretty much i-d-i-o-t proof which was exactly what I needed!
