Since VR/SR requires the same knowledge as straight MT, and at times you basically do have to retype the whole report, why not keep away from the "going rate" and start a new trend in the VR/SR world. Offer your MEs a decent line rate.
Until you've worked with VR/SR, you have no idea just how involved it is to correct the reports as opposed to straight typing.
