When everybody is mining for gold, sell pickaxes. Or something like that. It stems from the fact that the majority of 76ers went bankrupt looking for gold during the gold rush. The people that came out on top were those catering to the booming gold mining industry. Taking that into consideration, your idea doesn't sound too crazy to me. Good luck with it.
