They are stealing (SM)

I read all of the posts in answer to your issue, and agree with them all. This is called theft. This is not their money. This is your money. They are stealing what is yours. If you go to a hearing at the "wages board," you would probably receive an additional sum of money as penalty from the company for arrogantly not paying you. First the polite letter. Make sure the physician sees it. File at small claims court. File at labor board for a hearing. Publish the name of the company who is stealing your money with boards such as ours.

No one is stealing lines
If you started after March 1 SoftScript does not pay for spaces, headers or footers or hard templates. If there were any discrepancies they will not show on the lines but will be included in your next paycheck. Everyone has been informed of this so before you make accusations be sure that your information is correct

I'm not stealing anything! I'm working!!
Earning every single penny I make!!

My favorite, but I'm stealing this one from awhile ago
You do so many ESL's you can carry on a conversation with clerks at any 7-11
Legal, sure. Ethically, it's the same as stealing.
I've never done it and never will. I won't even solicit clients of friends or former coworkers. Now if the client calls me or if the person refers me, that's something to think about.
Not at all, but you cannot expect to sue her for stealing a client if she did not know the sm
client was one of yours.  If you refuse to reveal your client list, then you are vulnerable and your noncompete clause is useless.
I really don't think any of us were worried about you stealing our job - however if we had made t
comments about how easy your profession was, how uneducated you were, how it was just something we could all do in our spare time for a little extra spending money - I think you would understand.  BTW - some of us may have as much college as you do.  I wasn't bashing you, but I did feel you were bashing us.
If she is stealing information people need to know!!!

No, actually every time you steal music, you are stealing from SM
many people, but you already know that.
