I don't need a lecture from you - I've been in this business 28 years.

This was NOT a resident and it was a very short report.

For your information, I had a very responsible job at an insurance for many years when I was young and I did dictation. My job was high pressure and I had to put out a lot of work, but I never once had a complaint from the transcription dept

Now, go get a sense of humor.
