benefits. Plus, if you call out sick (31 years experience), no offense, but they are looking at the risk they take, that the work will not get done. If they go with the MTSO, they have the assurance whether you are sick or on vacation, the work will still be done. I know this sounds crazy, but I've been in the same boat. They probably also need the help from the MTSO to set-up Meditech for remote MTs. They probably do not have the IS personnel to get them through that, and the MTSO will lend assistance to them in that fashion. Your best bet is to tell the MTSO ahead of time that you know of a hospital looking, get the deal for the MTSO, and hence the MTSO may make you a better offer cpl or hourly for gaining a sweet account for them.
