Let's say an average line has around 12-15 or so spaces, give or take.  If you were to transcribe 1200 lines a day, that comes out to 14,400 spaces (man, is that hard to believe?).  Divided by 65 (ch line), you're losing over 221 lines per day.  Would you make that up with headers and footers?  You ought to ask the company how many lines approximately you get with each.  Good luck!! Hope my math is somewhere near where it should be :)
