I completely understand about the little quirks of these docs! I have an ESL doctor who likes to yell out for no particular reason. I have noticed it is usually in the physical exam part of the report, but the thing is, there is never any warning!! He will be going along talking about vital signs and then all of the sudden let out this whallup of a yell...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. and then without missing a beat get right back into what he was talking about. Sometimes it just totally ticks me off, because it startles me.

He reminds me of someone who has Tourette's. Or he will be dictating from home and he has these kids that run around screaming while he's dictating.
