There is 1 physician who from the start has been on VR and his preop and postop diagnoses have always been the same- regardless of what he says, I always have to change. Right now for about the past month VR has started putting in McClusky for cc- each time- why? who knows but I have to change each time and another thing screwy. If I worried as much as other MTs do about VR taking away their livelihood, I would be gone in a heartbeat. The difference here is I am retirement age, don't particularly care to retire but if the work load went belly up, I am ok. I am not going to the poor house BUT I do not have young children at home now, do not have to worry about this and that- there is a difference here. I also know if this had happened and I thought I would be outta of a job, I would never sit around and wait for the ax to fall- I WOULD GET SOMETHING ELSE TO DO. Most of what I hear is the sky is falling, the sky is falling- well if it is do aomething about it.
