A few years before I retired, one outpatient surgery clinic decided they didn't want to pay for normals, so they started to make the surgeons key in their own normals in-house, with a short code of their own using just a few strokes. That was a disappointment (who doesn't love a freebie?), but nothing like the above. I am appalled. To pay only for actual keystrokes, including those of your word expander--what MT would work for so little, and be cheated and degraded professionally to boot? Tell 'em to go to H and do it fast! I doubt the suckers will last as long as it takes the water to cool. :(
