This is what you do....

When they slur, you leave blanks.  You are not suppose to guess what they're saying.  If they don't like it, tough!  Leave a note/flag stating dictation could not be understood because it was slurred, dictated at lightening speed (whatever the case may be.) 

As far as the other poster here wrote about these types of dictators being thieves, as in stealing people's time, I couldn't agree more.  The way I look at it is this:  If the doctors don't want to make the time to dictate clearly, I do not and will not make the time to try and figure out what they're dictating - period - end of story.

I'm so sick of their "Dr. God" mentality when it comes to this, I could just spit.  They dictate garbage to me, guess what?  They ARE going to get garbage back!
