This is what you do

Tell the director of the department you want a copy of the transcribed medical report. Make all of the corrections (free of charge) and return it.

But I will tell you this ... when my husband was hospitalized a few years ago, his reports were transcribed by American MTs. I know this for a fact because I spoke with the director and she verified the initials at the bottom of the document was done by somebody in the department.

They got four pages of corrections from me at no charge (yeah, those were just the corrections). I didn't retype the report.
