Well I think I make about the same doing VR as straight MT. However, I don't really enjoy it as much. For me at least, it's not easier on the wrists. Another thing is that you don't really get the chance to create and use expansions too much.

I do about 90% ASR. Whether you can make the same as doing straight MT depends on how good the VR platform is that you use, among other things.

I'd try it first before testing for a new job. Give yourself a few weeks to get used to it. If someone wants to stay in this career it's prob a good idea to get used to VR.
