I would not go with either one. My transcriptionists are ICs and make between 9-10.5 cents. I've been a Transcriptionist for 25+ years and wish I could pay the transcriptionists that work with me more than I do but the physician offices around town are so cheap so I can't raise the rate above 9 cent on clinic notes. Hospital notes I pay a higher rate. If I get a raise, I always share!!!! Transcriptionists are paid on a 65-char line. Everything they type they get credit for it.
