They want 3 years experience and are looking for PT especially 2nd, 3rd, and weekends. I'm not sure how your lack of formal education will play, I'm sure this is why some companies have not shown interest. However, I have learned more on the job than ever in school. If you can pass a test with a company, they should consider your experience.
