Probably due to hypercontracted wrist extensors. Massage (fairly deeply) along the muscles in your forearm and the tendons at your elbow. You will find sore spots, and those need the most work. Massage as deeply as you can (to about an 7-8/10 on pain scale) &/or press and hold for several seconds. Then stretch (one way is to have arm straight down at side, bending wrist so fingers are toward your body). Do this for short spurts at least a few times a day. Takes very little time and should do the trick! :)
