They sure DO fake their concern.

Remember...the first thing you see when you walk in their office is a sign pasted in front of the receptionist's desk that states:

"PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE!"

Now try calling up any doc and telling him you're hurting - have no insurance and cannot afford to pay out of pocket and ask if he'll see you?!  Ha!  You'll hear the office say, "Come in as soon as you can pay for the office visit."  {{{ BOOM! }}}

NEVER make the mistake of thinking they're kind hearted because they're not.  They're in it for the $$$$$ - short and sweet, and that's the facts Ma'am!

Quite the opposite.

I don't even think one needs a reason to fire someone, they can just do it.  They can also escort you out the door on the spot.  It's happened where I worked.
