I have worked for 2 VA Hospitals -- one in Maine and one in Washington State. Both hospitals were very fussy about their styles, etc., but both were very, very good accounts. I can never remember a time that I was without work flowing. There were ESL dictators, but they definitely tried hard and had no problems with making sure you understood what they were trying to say.
