Dragon Naturally Speaking is by far the best, but if you plan on using VR to transcribe, which is what I do, you will want to buy the medical suite. The best prices for Dragon are usually found on Amazon. I paid nearly $300 less for mine by getting it from Amazon rather than from Scan Soft, the company that makes it.
