you are absolutely right. The MT loses out; but, you keep allowing them to pay you less and less. If you just stopped allowing this and made them do it themselves or pay you more to make their corrections, this would not happen. They only get away with what the MT allows them to get away with. It would not last long, less than a week, if ALL MTs stopped and demanded to be paid for your expertise and your training.
