I do VR and the system is very,very efficient with picking up the dictation correctly, ESLs as well as English. Having said that, however, say a doctors sniffs or coughs, VR sometimes is still making words out of that and completely out of text. It only took VR when I started on it about a month before the work seemed to really be flowing and good, not the salad like at first. I do not think it will ever take the place of a Transcriptionist because errors are made and you have to sit, listen and find them.
