the MT. If they would just provide the MTs with the software, we could listen, and dictate ourselves, including punctuation and formatting. My company, Webmedx, went to VR last year, and it is a total and complete mess. It is so much faster to transcribe from scratch, than deal with this crap. If they had gone in the back door, and provider the VR software for the MTs, it might actually work. So far, it just means a whole lot of loss of money for us, the transcriptionists. We do the same amount of work, and get paid a LOT less for it. It sux.
