From another old MT: With umteen years experience and still producing quality work, we most certainly don't have to put up with this kind of stuff. There are still companies that value our experience. I did a lot of kissing frogs (job-hopping) before I found the right one and I wouldn't hesitate to hop again if need be. Do yourself a favor and start looking. Good luck!
