After reading this post, I took a look at the most recent posts. The OP is right! To add insult to injury, this is the rate for an independent contractor, not an employee, for several.

The line rate appears to have taken a dive in the last year or so, in my opinion. As long as we accept this rate, we are contributing to the downward trend.
