I have been going to WW for 4-1/2 years. Made Lifetime 4 years ago. I continuted to go to the meetings for the support of it, since it wasn't costing anything I looked it as my social event of the week. Working at home sure can isolate us. About 6 months ago WW offered me a job as a receptionist. Guess they figured they couldn't get rid of me, so they put me to work.

WW is like most every other diet, Atkins included, it works if you work it.

Good luck with which ever program you choose.
